TRUSTprocessor - Interfaces
Interfaces extend
the efficiencies of automation beyond the scope of any single software
product.
By transferring information electronically, you can save data entry time and
eliminate the potential for errors.
Below is a list of
standard interface modules available to add onto the TRUSTprocessor
core system:
- 5227 Interface exports annual summary information for each CRUT or CRAT
account to the
software provided by 5227 Tax Systems, Inc.
Their software
is maintained by a strong group of CPAs that specializes in
non-profit tax returns.
- ACH Interface exports payments in two formats: the standard NACHA format,
and a simpler
format designed for internal input to a bank’s system.
- Broadridge (formerly ADP) Proxy Mailing Interface imports a list of CUSIPs
involved in upcoming mailings and exports a list of beneficial owners to receive
the mailings. Broadridge offers electronic efficiency for the entire proxy process.
- Crescendo Interface – exports annuity, donor and beneficiary information to the
Crescendo Gift
Annuity module.
Crescendo offers planned giving software that is
a fine complement to TRUSTprocessor.
Their calculation of the expectancy
multiple for Charitable Gift Annuities
is especially useful.
- Interactive Data Interface imports pricing, dividend announcements and quality
ratings from
Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data. This interface
seamlessly triggers transmissions
using their Remote Plus service, and
automatically imports the electronic file that is
received.
- OFAC Interface compares party information in TRUSTprocessor with the persons
on the
Specially Designated National (SDN) list or on the blocked entity list.
Other interfaces that are under development:
- Accounts Payable Interface – imports payment information from
TurningPoint’s
Accounts Payable module.
- Fast-Tax Interface – exports transaction activity and positions to
Fast-Tax for
preparation of 1041 and other state/federal forms. Once the data is
transmitted,
you can choose whether to prepare the forms yourself using
their software or let
their staff prepare the forms for your review.
- Investment Scorecard
Interface – exports transaction activity and positions to
Investment
Scorecard’s performance measurement service.
Investment Scorecard
offers both web and paper reporting formats.
- Payroll Interface – imports
payment information from
Redwing’s Payroll software.
In addition to
these standard interfaces, we have vast experience in writing custom
