  1. Have you provided a clear explanation of what was being done when the error occurred?
  2. Have you provided the necessary supporting documentation?
  3. Do all users experience the problem or is it workstation-specific?
  4. If you have a Crystal Reports problem, have you specified which version you are using?
  5. With regards to the priority you have allocated to your problem, please keep in mind the following:
  • Priority 1: The system is down for an unknown reason. A business critical routine is inoperable.
  • Priority 2: A business critical routine is to run on a date in the immediate future but you are uncertain how the routine operates or how to use the routine. Cannot transact against an account. Imbalance on single account.
  • Priority 3: Non-critical interface has failed to perform.
  • Priority 4: General Systems inquiries. Selection windows not displaying relevant data.
