TrustNet University


Over the past three years we have offered several on-line educational opportunities for TrustNet and TAMS users. The success of this program has led us to replace our Mid-Year Training in Memphis with year-round TrustNet University courses.

Some of the benefits arising from TrustNet University courses:

Here is a list of upcoming TrustNet University course offerings:
  • Excel Basics: a 90-minute review of the basic uses and tools in spreadsheets
  • Performance Reporting: a 2-hour course focusing on the underlying setup
    for performance reporting and benchmarks
  • Administrator's View:: a 2-hour course reviewing menus, inquiry screens and
    reports used by administrators
  • Check Writing: a 2-hour course specifically about our Check Writing Module and
    its features
  • Excel Advanced: a 90-minute review of advanced techniques in Excel
  • Basic Training: an 8-hour course, divided into 4 days, includes basic TrustNet
    techniques including system functions, data entry, balancing and reporting. In
    addition, Cash Management and Check Writing Basics have been added to the
    syllabus.
  • Mutual Fund Modeling: a 2-hour course that walks step-by-step through the
    procedures and set up used for this module
  • Extracting Information from TrustNet: a 2-hour course on the many ways to
    extract, export and print information using Excel
  • Quick Query: a 1-hour overview of the Quick Query Module and a workshop on
    building, saving and running queries
  • Ticklers: a 1-hour course that will teach you how to utilize the active reminder
    system that actually creates transactions and reports
  • Report Options: a 3-hour course, divided into 2 days, which delves into the specific
    reports available on the system, and how to create them
  • IRA Year-End Reporting: a 90-minute course reviewing 1099-Q, -R, -SA, 5498
    and 5498-ESA, -SA reporting
  • Year-End Reporting: a 2-hour course, divided into 2 days, reviewing 1099
    reporting including 1099-DIV, -INT, -B, - MISC, 1098
