each party or account.
These files are then available for emailing directly to statement
recipients or accessing

When you run the program to create statements, you can set the
delivery method to
individual PDF, paper or both.
If you use ticklers to schedule statements, this choice can be made one
time and apply
automatically each month or quarter.
The module includes two ways to use email in the delivery of electronic
statements:

- You can choose to send an email with a notification that statements are available by
logging into TNETonline or your website.
- You can also choose to attach the PDF file directly to the email. If your email service
does not already have an enterprise-wide encryption capability, we can share some
options and help you decide which would work best for your office.
