TrustNet - Interfaces

Interfaces extend the efficiencies of automation beyond the scope of any single software product. By transferring information electronically, you can save data entry time and eliminate the potential for errors.

Interface Experience. We have experience in building interfaces with a large number of companies and government agencies.

Each time we build a new interface, our knowledge and tools from past projects help us build the next one more efficiently.

Below is a list of standard interface modules available to add onto the TrustNet core system:

• Broadridge Proxy Mailing Interface imports a list of CUSIPs involved in upcoming mailings and exports a list of beneficial owners to receive the mailings. Broadridge (formerly ADP) offers electronic efficiency for the entire proxy process.
   
• Fast-Tax Interface exports transaction activity and positions to Thomson Reuters Fast-Tax for preparation of 1041 and other state/federal forms. Once the data is transmitted, you can choose whether to prepare the forms yourself using their TrustEase software or let the Thomson staff prepare the forms for your review.
   
• Federated Investors Interface imports daily accrual factors and positions for automated reconciliation of funds. It also exports requests for trades of Federated funds and imports the execution information the next morning.
   
• FinTech Interface exports equity trade requests and imports the execution information to release the trades for posting. FinTech Securities executes the trades using their ROX software.
   
• Interactive Data Interface builds a CUSIP request file and imports pricing, dividend announcements and quality ratings from  Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data using their Remote Plus service.
   
• Investment Scorecard Interface exports transaction activity and positions to Investment Scorecard’s performance measurement service. Informa Investment Solutions offers both web and paper reporting formats.
   
• OFAC Interface exports related party information to feed into Bridger or another provider of OFAC and FinCEN testing.
   
• Vanguard Interface imports daily accrual factors and positions for automated reconciliation of funds. Vanguard is a provider of mutual funds for institutional and personal investors.  

Other interfaces that are under development:

• Matrix Interface will import and export data files from Matrix Settlement and Clearance Services. Functions will include daily accrual factors, position reconciliation and automated trading.
