The asset detail expands the asset summary section to show individual
securities, including
the cost basis. A Department of Labor mandated message about diversification of
assets
can print with the asset details for appropriate accounts.
An optional maturity schedule categorizes fixed income assets by maturity date.
For each
category, the report shows cost basis, market value, percentage of fixed income
holdings
and percentage of portfolio holdings. |

in separate
sections or combined as one cash report.

The Landscape Statements Module adds value to the core system by … |
| |
|
| |
- giving you a competitive advantage over a broker-style statement.
- increasing the number of columns compared with a portrait format.
- adding the option to print historical performance information.
|
| |
- PDF Statements is a feature in our development queue that
will allow you to send
statements to clients by email or display them on TNETonline. We can
assist with
third-party services for sending encrypted e-mails.
- Performance Measurement calculates an IRR (Internal Rate of
Return) for each
account. The Detailed Performance Report also calculates the IRR for
each asset
class within an account. If these values have been calculated, you
can configure them
to print on the Landscape Statements summary page.
