FUNCTION:

The TrustNet database includes all of the information needed to produce a typical report required by the courts for probate or guardianship accounts. Even though there is more standardization today than in the past, our experience is that:

	different clients request different levels of detail, and different courts may have somewhat different formatting requirements.
	HWA has worked with a number of clients to develop reports in the exact format they need. A typical Court Report includes the following sections:
		Summary Page Schedule A: Beginning Inventory or Balance on Hand Schedule B: Net Gains or Losses on Sales Schedule C: Other Receipts Schedule D: Distributions to Beneficiaries Schedule E: Other Payments from Principal Schedule F: Fiduciary Compensation Schedule G: Ending Balance of Principal on Hand Schedule 1: Beginning Balance of Income on Hand Schedule 2: Dividends and Interest Schedule 3: Other Income Schedule 4: Distributions to Beneficiaries Schedule 5: Administrative Expenses Schedule 6: Other Payments from Income Schedule 7: Fiduciary Compensation Schedule 8: Ending Balance of Income on Hand
