FUNCTION:
 

  If your Employee Benefits recordkeeping software can export certain data files, we can adapt our import programs to work with their formats.

Data that we have worked with in the past includes:
 
  • Participant information
  • One-time distributions
  • Recurring distributions
  After the import, you can use the standard Check Writing module or a SmartStart ACH Export to make the distributions.

The information that is imported will be ready to feed to the program we set up to Build 1099-R for EB at year-end.

  • Check Writing. The Check Writing module manages the recurring distributions and prints checks for both one-time and recurring payments.
     
  • Export to ACH. Save postage and deliver distributions in a more reliable time using the NACHA-format files for direct deposit to your client’s checking or savings account.
