TNETonline provides easy, convenient two-way communication with your clients through the Internet. It can be integrated with an existing website or function as the primary website.
   
With TNETonline, you can provide your clients with a convenient way to …
 
  • review their account holdings and activity.
  • view reports on the screen or print on their own printer.
  • send a memo to your office.
  • give account access to an authorized third party (such as an investment manager).
Each client can be configured to access multiple accounts. The first screen displayed after login shows the current value of each account.


Information and Reports:

 
  • Investment Summary: This screen shows the current assets held by an account, organized by asset type. Clicking on any line displays the individual assets in that type. Clicking on an asset shows transactions for that asset.
  • Portfolio Valuation: This report shows number of shares, book value, and market value by asset type. Cash is separated into income and principal cash balances or combined according to the setting for each account.
  • Portfolio Allocation: This report shows market values and percent held for assets by asset type. A pie chart below the numeric table displays a color graphical presentation.
  • Equity Allocation by Industry: This report shows market values and percent held for equity assets by industry. A pie chart below the numeric table displays a color graphical presentation.
  • Transactions by Month: This report shows activity details by month, starting with the most recent month.
  • Transaction Summary: This report shows one line for each type of transaction that was posted this year. The report is grouped by Income Cash Receipts, Income Cash Disbursements, Principal Cash Receipts, Principal Cash Disbursements and Non-Cash Transactions. Clicking on a transaction type shows the individual transaction details.

Communication:

 
  • Memo Request: This screen allows clients to enter a memo to your office. For each memo, the client can specify whether a reply is needed, and the best method for reply (home phone, cell phone, e-mail, etc.)

Other:

 
  • Security: This screen allows clients to change their user names and passwords. You can configure security to automatically lock a login after a specified number of incorrect password attempts.
  • Help: A detailed help screen describes the reports available and explains how to navigate the website. The initial help display is context-sensitive, with an option to jump to the index to see other areas.

  • The screens automatically display the client’s previous login date and time tohelp detect unauthorized access.
  • The privacy statement can be adapted to describe your organization’s policies

What is the TNETonline Administrator software?

 
  • TNETonline Administrator provides easy client access administration from your desk.
  • It creates login names and passwords for registration requests that you approve. The client can later change either of these.
  • In the Administrator software, you can review pending registration requests. For each one, you attach the proper TrustNet parties so that each person sees only their authorized accounts.
  • This software also allows access to the memos that clients entered on the website.

Web and Data Hosting Options:

 
  • The TNETonline software can be hosted with an outside ISP or on your own web server in the DMZ.
  • The TNETonline software can be a securely connected live database or a copy of the database located on one of your servers or anywhere in the world. For security purposes, the TrustNet data accessed by the software should not be located on the web server.
