The Electronic Statements Module enhances the Statement Wizard to create an
individual PDF file for each account. These files are then available for emailing directly to
statement recipients.
In the Parties module, you can fill in an email address and designate which parties have
requested statements to be sent by email.
The other setup step is to define the email subject, the attachment filename and the email
body. These will be used for all trust accounts.
When you run the Statement Wizard, you can choose to process |
- Paper Statements for traditional mailing
- Individual PDFs which can be uploaded to TPonline for client inquiry and download
- Email Statements which attaches the PDF file to an email

There are two options on email delivery using the Outlook installed on that PC. |
- Save As Draft will give you time to review and possibly add personal notes to the
statements.
- Send Immediately will click send for you.
