The statement solution for providing account information in customized formats to your clients and donors.

The competition has changed; and it is forcing you to change the way you do business. And, as unique as each client is, so are his or her needs for specific information.

This is why we created the Statement Wizard. This statement creation and production tool evolved from the need to deliver easy-to-read, broker-style statements to clients, donors and related parties. The Statement Wizard lets you combine information from many of the powerful reports contained within TRUSTprocessor into one concise, user-friendly report. And while some software vendors offer a limited choice of statement formats, the Statement Wizard allows you to define as many different templates as you need.

FUNCTION:


  Each statement template can define which sections are included. Available sections are:
 
  • Asset Summary (with optional pie chart)
  • Cash Balances
  • Account Activity Summary
  • Asset Detail
  • Transaction Detail 1 (user definable)
  • Transaction Detail 2 (user definable)
  • Transaction Detail 3 (user definable)
  • Buys / Sells (includes maturities in a separate segment)
  • Notes
  Other options for statement printing include:
 
  • Company address
  • Recipient address barcode
  • Administrator or officer name
  • Account number
  • Logo
  Each party for an account can have a designated template for their statements. This will provide consistency in their format from one period to the next. Statements can be scheduled to print at different frequencies.
