PLANNING:

Every organization is different. This is why our implementation process begins with a conference call to gather information about your department, your target dates and any special needs.

After the conference call, we prepare a Personalized Implementation Plan that incorporates our best experience in a plan to fit your situation. This step-by-step plan covers training, data conversion and regular follow-ups in system-critical areas.

TRAINING:

TRUSTprocessor is an extremely flexible system. If offers many options to configure the ledgers and other settings to fit any organization.

Our training begins with a series of Internet-based sessions using our training database to show you how the system structure is reflected in the reports that are produced. Each session is two hours or less so it can easily fit into your day.

Topics in the series for the core system include:

  • System Overview
  • Initial System Setup
  • Ledger, Assets and Portfolio Modules
  • Process Module and Transaction Design
  • Crystal Reports and Control Module

After the core system training, additional Internet sessions are scheduled to cover some of the add-on modules you have licensed. Training for certain add-on modules is more effectively done at the time you first use it. The Personalized Implementation Plan explains the best time for training on each module.

DATA CONVERSION:

Our team has years of experience in designing conversion plans from multiple systems. This is another area covered in your Personalized Implementation Plan.

The first step is to select an “as of” date for the conversion.

Phase I of the data conversion is to load the accounts, assets and positions as of the date you chose. The information can be loaded into the system through electronic data feed or manual entry. The method chosen will depend on the availability of appropriate electronic data. Small data tables (such as officer codes) will be faster to enter manually.

The last step of Phase I to verify the information in TRUSTprocessor. We will work with you on a strategy to verify totals as well as to spot-check details on selected accounts.

Phase II is the process of catching up from the “as of” date to current, with appropriate reconciliation points along the way.

GOING LIVE

You will already have a firm foundation in system knowledge from the training sessions. You will already be familiar with the system from the data conversion verification.

This is when we want to be closest to your staff, so that as you have questions, they are answered quickly in context and you are confident that your entry time is being well spent.

Normally, our staff is in your office for the first few days of live processing so that we can be available to all of your staff and make recommendations on your paper workflow.

AFTER CARE:

During our visit to your office, we are focusing on normal daily work. Phase III training is for areas that are easier to learn and understand when you are preparing to run them for the first time. Examples include Statement Wizard, 4-Tier Accounting and year-end processing.

These items are easy to learn over the Internet, and you will be learning with your own data using the foundation of knowledge you already have.
