TPonline provides easy, convenient two-way communication with your clients through the Internet. It can be integrated with an existing website or function as the primary website.

By using this software, you can provide your clients with a convenient way to …
 
  • review their account holdings and activity.
  • view reports on the screen or print on their own printer.
  • send memo instructions to their account officer.
  • submit new addresses or telephone numbers.
  • change their user name or password.
Each client can be configured to access multiple accounts. The first screen displayed after login shows the current value of each account.


Information and Reports:

 
  • Investment Summary: This screen shows assets of an account by asset type. Clicking on an asset type displays the individual assets. Clicking on an asset displays its transactions.
  • Portfolio Valuation: This report shows number of shares, book value, and market value by asset type. Cash is separated by income and principal cash balances.
  • Portfolio Distribution by Industry: This report shows market values and percent held for assets by industry. A pie chart below the numeric table displays a color graphical presentation.
  • Portfolio Distribution by Investment: This report shows market values and percent held for assets by asset type. A pie chart below the numeric table displays a color graphical presentation.
  • Statement of Transactions: This report shows details of activity by month, starting with the most recent month. All transactions on the database are available.
  • Income Statement: This screen shows types of income, types of expenses, total distributions and a net income balance after distributions. Clicking on any type of income or expense shows the detailed transactions that make up that total.
  • Balance Sheet: This screen shows assets, liabilities and net worth items. Clicking on any item shows the detailed transactions that make up the total shown.
  • Fund Statement: This report shows a beginning of year value, additions, distributions, administrative fees, investment gain/loss, and an ending value. Details of each addition and distribution are shown.

Communication:

 
  • Client Information: This screen displays current contact information and allows your client to send address, telephone or e-mail changes.
  • Memo Request: This screen allows clients to enter a memo to the account officer requesting activity or relaying information. For each memo, the client can specify whether a reply is needed, and the best method for reply (home phone, cell phone, e-mail, etc.)

Other:

 
  • Security: This screen allows clients to change their user names and passwords.
  • Help: A detailed help screen decreases phone calls to your office.

What is the TPonline Administrator module?

 
  • TPonline Administrator provides easy client access administration from your desk.
  • It creates login names and passwords for registration requests that you approve. The client can later change either of these.
  • For each pending registration requests you can attach the new login to the proper TRUSTprocessor client so that the authorized accounts will be seen by this person.
  • Logins can be set up for related third parties to view account information with the client’s authorization.
  • This module also allows access to the memos and contact info changes that clients entered on the website.

Web and Data Hosting Options:

 
  • The TPonline software is normally hosted on your own web server in the DMZ.
  • For security purposes, the TRUSTprocessor data accessed by the software should not be located on the web server. The TPonline software can be a securely connected live database or a copy of the database that is located on one of your servers or anywhere in the world.
