Web Programmer

HWA International is a recognized leader in providing trust accounting software to bank trust departments, non-for- profit foundations, private and multi-family trusts, colleges/universities, religious organizations, independent trust companies, guardianships, special needs trusts, law firms, CPAs, international banks, and global and offshore entities since 1977. Due to our continued growth and strong demand for our TNET Trust Accounting Platform from the industry, we are expanding our R & D organization and adding an additional Web Programmer to the organization.

The ideal candidate is a person who is detail oriented, documents their work and can work with little supervision once they’ve been trained to handle the tasks assigned. Being able to work within the existing structure and practices is going to be very important as we scale up. Applicants can be remote although preference is given to candidates that live in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience level. Preferred Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of Microsoft based Web technologies.

• Production experience with Microsoft SQL (Design tables, Stored Procedures, Backup, Restore)

• Responsive web design using Bootstrap, TailWind or Foundation CSS framework.

• Visual Studio, VS Code.

• Web API REST services including OAuth 2. 0 security.

Example websites the applicant has created and maintained.

Role and Responsibilities

The Web Programmer will provide assistance (with training) to our primary business websites working with the Chief Software Infrastructure Engineer. The applicant will be involved in troubleshooting and testing of existing ASP.NET web sites. Proven ability to make a website responsive (mobile to desktop).

Qualifications and Education Requirements

College/Associate Degree and/or equivalent job experience in Computer Sciences.

Client Support Representative

The Client Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities.

The CSR works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Product Management and Finance teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.

Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in Trust Accounting and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products

• Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.

• Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.

• Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.

• Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.

• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.

• Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.

• Analyzing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement.

• Maintaining client accounts and updating billing information as needed.

Client Support Representative Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, or equivalent business experience.

• A minimum of five years' experience working as a client support representative, or a similar role.

• Working knowledge of remote service tools and help desk software.

• Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

• Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player

• Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts

• Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment

• Excellent multitasking and project management skills

• Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire learn new technologies

• Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize

• Proficiency with MS Office

• Experience with Trust Accounting and Risk Management Software a plus

• Strong verbal and written communications, able to navigate difficult interactions and building strong, sustainable customer relationships
